Rhys joined the MEP Design recruitment space in 2015, predominately focusing on the Midlands & North of England. This has since expanded to UK wide and Europe specialising in Mid - Senior level positions within consultancies. His in-depth relationships with candidates and clients alike have widely contributed to his success within the industry. Emphasis on quality and ensuring a mutual understanding of demands from all parties from the offset have created a successful business model.

Yasmin is our Head of Talent Acquisition and will be specialising in MEP Design and Sustainability candidate control. Yasmin has worked in a recruitment capacity for many years focusing predominately on candidate management.
