We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in the Birmingham area to join a global leading consultancy who develop innovative business solutions for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
My client takes an integrated approach to designing, constructing, and validating technically complex facilities that span across industries and facility types. They have 25 offices all over the globe and have a fantastic reputation within the industry.
Within this role you will be expected to:
Lead the design, planning and coordination of life sciences projects
Support and mentor junior engineers
Attend client and design team meetings
Produce High performance mechanical building services engineering design into landmark projects
Candidates should have:
6 years + Experience within Mechanical Design Engineering
Relevant engineering degree
Experience working on projects such as Laboratories, clean rooms or healthcare
Experience working in a client facing role
Passion for the industry and a desire to progress.
