We are working with an award winning building services consultancy who are currently looking for a Revit MEP Technician to add to their London team on a hybrid working basis.
They have an excellent reputation as professionals at what they do and are recognised as one of the best at growing their staff through their training and development scheme.
Within this role you will be expected to:
Develop 3D M&E Services models and produce necessary drawings using Revit & AutoCAD within the residential / education / judicial sectors
Provide quality assurance for drawing process
Work efficiently using your own initiative, with good decision-making & problem-solving skills
Candidates should have:
3 + years experience as a Building Services Revit/CAD Technician working within a construction environment, ideally gained from a consultancy background
Building services drafting experience
Be highly skilled in in Autodesk Revit with AutoCAD experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Able to work well within a team
