Senior / Associate Sustainability Consultant

We are representing an international, independent real estate consultant that is currently looking to add a Senior / Associate Sustainability Consultant to their team due to exponential growth.

Within this role you will be expected to:

• Lead and be responsible for department projects within the sustainability team

• Support and mentor junior staff

• Personable attitude dealing with your clients and in-house colleagues

Candidates should have:

• 7+ years’ experience in a building/real estate consultancy

• Relevant Degree in Engineering or Sustainability and preferably chartered

• Knowledge of IES or other environmental assessment methods.

• Accredited Low-Carbon Consultant

• Level 5 Energy Assessor

• Setting and delivering sustainability strategies for new projects or portfolios

• Be able to work well within a team and keen to enhance an already highly reputable service
