An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a leading multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy.
Our client has multiple offices across the UK and are highly experienced in the industry for delivering award-winning projects extending across all major sectors.
Within this role you will be expected to:
Be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects including sustainability assessments (BREEAM, HQM, Passive House)
Provide support and assist junior members of the team
Attend client meetings and provide a quality service
Ideal candidate:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Relevant Degree in Engineering or Sustainability
Ability to use sustainability software such as IES VE
Qualified Part L Assessor (SAP/SBEM)
BREEAM Qualified Assesses with experience of conducting BREEAM Assessments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
